Further to my fascination with all the shapes of the Platonic solids – then being the basic building blocks of all things in the universe – and more specifically the sphere and the circle, I have revisited the circle idea again.

The second artwork is again made from concentric circles of 24 carat gold leaf, but this time I attempted adding a Sri Yantra geometric shape. I really struggled with drawing the Sri Yantra, and would like to visit this (Sacred Geometry) in the next unit.
